What we do & what we don't do!

Many UK based online retailers (and others) do not ship items to the Republic of Ireland, so we allow your items to be shipped to our warehouse in Northern Ireland where we will accept delivery on your behalf and forward the items to you in the Republic of Ireland or anywhere else worldwide.


Within Ireland, the cost is €22.00 for 1 item up to 25KG in weight. *If your shipment weight is more than 25KG, we can still handle it, please contact us for a quote.

5.      How much does onward delivery to Republic of Ireland cost?

         The cost is €22.00 for 1 item up to 25KG in weight. If your shipment weight is more than 25KG, please contact us for a quote. * Please note a surcharge will apply for any items exceeding 1.2 metres*

6.    Do  you accept delivery of large items (furniture / white goods etc)

       Yes. We can forward anything from an envelope to multiple pallets or you can collect from our warehouse.

        Please contact us for a quote for larger items, furniture, bicycles, white goods etc.

7.      I want to order a number of items from one particular website. They will all arrive to you in one box. Does this qualify for the single items rate?

Yes. Once the box is under 25KG.

8.      The website that I want to buy from only accepts UK credit cards. Is there a way around this?

Yes. You can buy a virtual credit card from www.entropay.com and use our address as your default delivery address.

9.     Can I get cases of Wine shipped to you?

        Yes. You can order cases of wine for delivery to our warehouse in Northern Ireland. They must be collected by you at our premises.

10.    Do you offer a correspondence address / mail forwarding service.

11.    Are there any restrictions on what items you will accept?

Yes. There are some restrictions:

We do not accept delivery of tobacco or pharmaceutical products.

If these items arrive at our premises, they will be disposed of.

Other items we cannot ship to you include:

  • Dangerous Goods
  • Hazardous Goods
  • Flammable Products
  • Living Animals
  • Perishable Food
  • Cash (including Cheques or any other vouchers with a face value)
  • Jewellery
  • Glass
  • Precious metals or antiques
  • Liquids.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ANY PACKAGES WHICH WE BELIEVE ARE NOT IN LINE WITH OUR POLICIES.
